Hong Kong Pancakes Yum...

Izzy loves to put almost anything and everything into her mouth. I made some pancake balls for her and she started to eat. She usually tastes it and then spits it out. She made a mess, but Ming was a very happy and full puppy from Izzy's antics. The morning sun was shining through the windows and I was hoping to get some different photos of Izzy.

It's THOMAS!! Live

Gabriel's big day finally arrived and he got to see Thomas and Friends Live! He was so happy. At the end of the show he didn't want to "go home". He dragged his feet and whined.

I was surprised that they didn't have people walking around selling Thomas paraphernalia. I took Gabriel out to the main entrance and he decided he wanted this Thomas flat light. Izzy got the multicolored spinning light. He is kissing Thomas during the show. It is often that Gabriel will say, "I love you Thomas." He usually has to be prompted to say that about his Mom.
This is the finale. Percy, Sir Toppenhatt, Thomas and Diesel. They had the 3 engines and one troublesome truck in the show. Gabriel was one of 3 kids that Sir Toppenhatt's grandson, Stephen, came out and gave a High-5. Gabriel was hesitant at first then he raised his hand and high-5'd back.

Happy Chinese New Years!!!

On New years eve we get together and have a nice meal. Traditionally, it is the hot pot and my mother does all the hard work. This year, we had lots of little ones. Baby Hayden celebrated for the first time! Izzy was only a few days old last year so she is no rookie. Ahya taught Gabriel how to do the little hand gesture and the New year phrase that will bring you the little red envelopes. Next year, the 2 little ones will be doing the little hand gesture and saying the much loved phrase of "Gong Hay Fat Choy!"
