Isabella has something to say...

Isabella has just finished eating her delicious and nutritious bottle of milk. I am patting her back to get her to burp before laying her down for the night. You can't see anything since it is dark in the room. She makes this sound all the time and it is so sweet. I pretend that she is talking to me. No, I am not kooky.

Oobi hands

Gabriel was really into the Oobi show on NickJr tonight. I grabbed the eyes from his Mr. Potatohead and we made our own Oobi hands! He was fascinated that he had his own "Moofi", as he says it. He walked around with the google eyes, like he was sporting a fat diamond ring!

Gabriel says his "Goodnights"

Gabriel lays down in bed and says his "Good nights". He always includes Thomas the train a few times. He sounds so cute when he does it I just has to record it for all to enjoy and hear!

Leah's 1st birthday!!!

Leah is officially a year old on Saturday! She had lots of her family come out and celebrate her big day. She has a pretty dress and of course the cake matched! It is never to early to accessorize. She had lots of adoring "fans". Even baby Isabella wanted to have a photographic moment with the princess of the day! Gabriel loves his baby Leah too!

Markus' 11th Birthday!...don' tell Gabriel

Gabriel was so excited over the Thomas the train cake Auntie Mamiko made for his cousin Markus' 11th birthday. Gabriel thought it was the best thing ever! He was so excited I think he thought it was his birthday all over again...wait, isn't any and all birthdays Gabriel's? My mother and Isabella spending some quality time before her BooBoo goes to China for a month.

Isabella's First Birthday Cake

Gabriel and Isabella went to Gramma's house and Isabella got to meet her cousin Christiana for the first time too! Gramma got Isabel a coconut cream cake as her 1st cake to celebrate the occassion. She was a very good girl and had a great time.

Gabriel helps Isabella take a bath

I had to give Isabella a bath alone for the first time since Matthew went back overseas. She did very very well and I know it was because her big brother Gabriel was there to lend a helping hand. He took over the washcloth and used it to help wipe her down. It did get a little messy with water everywhere since Gabriel decided it was more fun to play with the water then continue to help giving his baby sister a bath. It was the first bath time that Isabella didn't scream her lungs out in protest. Hopefully, next time I will have a few photos to post.
