Gabriel and Christiana
Christiana and her mother arrived to spend time with us at Gramma's house. They ended up in the garage messing with stuff...As you can see Christiana got hold of the plunger and was plunging away. Gabriel got hold of the bleach and wanted to do some whiting I guess. In then end they did what they know best- DANCE! The photo of Gramma, Christine and Gabriel actually has Christiana in it...you just can't see her. They were trying to wash her hands after playing with the plunger. Gabriel was being a nosy busybody. As for the egg. Well, it was a victim of circumstance. It was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Gabriel's fingerprints were found all over the shell...yet again.
Gabriel goes shopping
Gabriel loves his shopping carts. He would run around his Grandparents' house with Marika's so I decided to get him his own. He likes to find thngs around the house to put in the stroller. We brought it to Gramma's house and after lunch took a little stroll in the neighborhood. The weather had gotten nice, but windy. You can hear it in the video. Gabriel refused
to come back home and put up a huge fuss. A bottle of milk fixed that and he was on his way back to Gramma's house. Does that make him the milkman? I am sure it violates the drinking and driving/operating equipment policy. He was fearless of all the cars flying by him on the main street. He had a mission and that was to take the stroller for a stroll. Gramma and I were in the dust.

Baby Leah escapes from house arrest.
Here are some updated photos of Baby Leah. she is 2 weeks old and about 9 pounds 2 oz here. She is a big little girl. I added the one of me and the baby since my mother says that she looks like me when I was an infant. I have to say, it is true. She does look like me when I was a baby...So cute. Lucky girl....hahaha!
Gabriel loves to play ball....in the hall.
Gabriel loves to play ball. He will throw and kick the ball around and just go crazy. I am not sure he understands that he is suppose to catch it and bounce or throw it back, but he manages to do his own thing and have a great time. He is so funny to watch since he just laughs and laughs and runs with the ball. I still haven't figured it all out. Oh well.
Clean Carpets!

Dancing in the rain...sort of.
Gabriel still likes to dance no matter what the weather is like outside. Here he is showing off his stuff in his Gramma's garage. Looks a little like the Blues Brothers moves? Can't say. He loves going out there and messing with all her stuff. It is where she keeps a lot of her cleaning supplies. He had to burn off some of the calories from eating his Gramma's yummy homemade mac n cheese.

"I need more (Baby) Cowbells!"
Baby Leah got her photos taken today and managed to cut her cheek with one of her nails. Poor Baby. Gabriel has taken an interest in her and wanted to touch her badly. He would just stop and look at her in her hospital bed and when Grandma was holding her he had to come by and touch her to make sure she was real. Once he started he wanted to keep poking her face. Grandma eventually had to make him go away. Later that night, when she was getting changed, he touched her leg and foot. He was gentle and didn't appear threatened by her...especially when his "Momma" was holding her. Hopefully, he will be the same one day if he gets a sibling. I am sure as the 2 grow, they will give Ian and me a few extra strands of greys before our time.
Gabriel's Photography 101
These are two of Gabriel's photos he took with the camera. He has taken an interest in the thing and the first one is a self portrait and the other one was taken in Baby Leah's hospital room. It is his finger and the window with his Grandpa standing there. I guess for Gabriel that is what he sees at his height. He is so funny.

Baby Leah is HERE!
Baby Leah is here! She arrived on the morning of March 13th and weighed 8 pounds 10oz. 19.5 inches long. She is so cute and chubby! The photo of the proud parent (to-be) about 30 mins before she was born. She kinda looks like Gabriel when he was a baby...but then we Asians all look alike. Ha. I think she has "chinky" eyes(like Marika), but my mother insists it is squinty due to her fat cheeks. I am sure everyone will see more of her here as she grows up along side her cousin Gabriel.

Jordan's 6th Birthday...WEEEEE!
Jordan, my godson is 6. That is him on the left and his best friend Peyton(yes, named after the football player) on the right. Gabriel had a blast jumping and playing on the large inflatables. In this video he is in the smaller toddler one so it isn't very exciting. The big ones had slides that were 20 feet up and you come down so fast on the vinyl, that you can get some serious burns on your legs and arms. I don't have photos of them since I had to help get him up the wall to the top. That was hard work, my weight and his...There was one area of a jumper in the back corner that noone working there could see. Gabriel and I had a great time jumping as high as we could. It is exhausting after awhile. I don't know how he can jump forever it seems. My heart was about to burst.
Sunny Sunday
It was a beautiful and warm day...7 days after the "snow storm". Gabriel and I got all the gear and went outside to play. First the bubble machine. Gabriel loves his bubbles. Then we got the chalk out and he started to draw on the driveway. As you can see, he has written a message to his Papa. The neighbor's kids came over to play bubbles and sidewalk chalk too. Then off to the neighborhood park. Gabriel is still getting use to the trike and didn't it when I tried to get him to pedal. Once at the park, he was climbing and sliding. On the way home, he insisted on pushing his trike back even though it wanted to go in circles. He is a persistent little guy. I have videos of it all and will try to get as many of them on here that I can of his super fun Sunday outing.
