CLEAN! Part 2

Can a mother ask for anything more? Gabriel always stood and watched while I swept the floor. Eventually, he would run and get the dust pan for me to use. Now, he goes in the closet and grabs the broom and gets down to business. Gabriel loves his cleaning supplies and even gets down on his belly in the shower to clean the tile with a small sponge. It is one of the first things he looks for when he gets in there. I don't remember if I ever posted the one of him doing the shower windows. I know alot of it is mimicking what he sees. Now I just need to figure out why he hasn't follow suit in picking up after himself...that must be the dominant "Papa" gene fighting back.

THE Most Desirable Bachelor...

That is my baby. He took my towel and wanted to help his Mama clean house...even while he was sick and stuffy. Ok, potential wannabe mother-in-laws...get in line. This is a rare male gene mutation since wanting to help clean isn't often found in the male species. He is so wonderful.

Look at what I can do!

The night before Gabriel did this for the first time. I wasn't sure why Gabriel was dragging his chair around the corner to the front of the house. Sure enough, there he was trying to hit the code for the alarm system. I couldn't get to him fast enough. Flashback images of crappy 80's cop shows where the cars come screeching to a halt in the front of the house while one is looking out the window came to mind. Luckily, this was his second and so far last attempt to hot wire the system.

It's just me...

I thought you would enjoy this face shot of Gabriel. It is hard to get him to look at the camera-let alone a photo of him. The bottom photo isn't all that great, but he got really close up to me and I thought it showed a good visual of his genetic luck of getting his Papa's flaring nostrils.

Future Oscar Winner

The DRAMA! I am not sure what Gabriel was doing and why. He was doing this heavy hearted Shakespeare type angst thing while watching TV. It eventually became more of a Tarzan/Frogman thing. I figured I would video tape it just in case one day he wins an Oscar for whatever and we can all look back and reminisce "the early years" of his dramatic acting career.

Wintertime Beach Break!

It was in the low 70's in the middle of February! Just 3 days ago it was below freezing and we had some light snow flurries. Talk about global warming. We decided to go to the beach and play in the water. The water was freezing, but the little sand pools were much warmer and Gabriel was able to play and splash around for awhile. In the video you can hear him say, "kick" a few times. Gabriel loves the water. There were lots of other kids out there and dogs too. As you can see it really was a beautiful day.
