Is this considered "dog fighting" Mr Vick?

Here is a video of Gabriel and Ming fighting. They love it and feed off of each other. You would think they were related.

The BEST Christmas gift yet. Thanks Gramma!

Gabriel couldn't wait before he started to play on his new tracks set.
He managed to let the tracks last about 2 hrs before he destroyed the entire track set.
The train table is placed so that he can still watch his beloved Yo Gabba Gabba on the TV.
Busy doing his thing.

Here is the photo of Gabriel trying to drag the large box around Gramma's house after opening it. He wanted to go home at that point so that he could start playing with his new train track set. Spoiled? Who me? Nah!

Christmas Morning

Gabriel had a nice quiet Christmas. After opening some gifts at home, we headed over to Gramma's house. He got lots of toys and loved the Thomas the train books. As you can see he is very interested in them and his Gramma even read one of them to him. She did save the biggest and best gift for the end, but that will require a blog post on its own.

Random Christmas Eve Activities

Here are some photos of Gabriel checking out his calendar, making a strange face with snot running down his face at Marika( so attractive), eating cereal with Marika(he really likes frosted flakes) and play fighting with his Grampa.

Gabriel favorite new toy

Here's one for Proud Papa. Your son has discovered a fondness for the POWER TOOL! (All male grunting and snorting may now commence) He was all over it and chasing down the poor fat dogs-none were safe from his craziness and tool revving.
Gabriel also decided he was going to try to "fix" Thomas the train. He likes the little blue light that comes on and uses it as a guide to aim the thing. He revs it and runs around like it is a gun...Not sure where he learned that one from.

Gabriel's Gift to his Papa and Mommy

Gabriel's teachers sent this home the other day all wrapped up for Me and Matthew. It is so very very cute! Gabriel's little hand is Santa's beard!

The perfect holiday photo

It took only 1000+ shots over the course of a year to finally get a photo of Gabriel I would want to put on a Christmas card...only it's too late! He was saying "Cheese" and the timing was right on. He did have a bit of a snotty nose but you can't notice it unless I told you. He's so handsome!

Hanging out before Christmastown 2009

Gabriel got to hang out in Williamsburg for Christmastown. It was a cold and rainy day, but it ended up being alright. Not to crowded and peaceful. There were so many lights and Christmas trees all over the place. At the hotel, the kids ate cookies, had tea with Gramma and then zoned out to Spongebob.

Reindeer caught having cookies and tea

Isn't he cute? I was surprised he was willing to wear it for as long as he did. Gabriel loves having tea (apple juice) with Gramma.
He was all about drinking out of those little teacups.

The piano man

Our little protege...OK, maybe not, but he seems to look like he knows what he is doing at the piano. The sound quality isn't as good as it could be due to the cellphone, but he was having a Beethoven moment minus the crazy hair.

Thanksgiving Day

Getting a little snack in while waiting for the meal. He didn't want to eat the turkey or the ham...booger.

Baby Leah's First Thanksgiving. She enjoyed the mashed potatoes and all the attention from the family. Can we say "S-P-O-I-L-E-D"?
Gabriel checking out all the activity in the kitchen. Not sure what he was doing or thinking.
After the meal and after everyone went home. We went outside to get some fresh air. After playing with his sandbox, he wanted to go out in the back with the dogs. Gabriel decided it was "broom time" and the video will show what he did with the broom and all that was in his way.

Autumn Artwork

Here are some of the artwork created (with help) by the one and only Gabriel! The turkey is made with his little hand prints. The little slice of pie is my favorite so far. So cute. I need another fridge to hang them all.

Gabriel's 1st Thanksgiving party!

Gabriel was sitting like a good little boy when I got to his class party. They had mac n cheese so he was ready to eat! Later, they had a wind down time before the end of class and they all laid down on the floor to "chill out". The video only caught the end of Gabriel being called up to the board to move his name from the right side where the school is to the left where it says he is going home. It was cute and he knew his name card and went straight to it and did what he needed to do. Afterwards, they go and get their gear and wait in line to walk down the hall to get on the school bus to go home. It is so nice to see him doing so well in class. My big boy!

Disney Live show

Gabriel freaked out when he saw the large concert hall. He cried for about 15-20 mins until the show started and the Disney characters started to dance and sing. He loved the Disney book Gramma got the kids and as very into reading and looking at the photos in there. As you can see, there are quite a few zombie stares going on while the show was in action.

During intermission, Gabriel sat nicely and read his book and even got a kiss from the birthday girl, cousin Christiana.

Gabriel walking with his classmates

This is Gabriel holding hands with his classmates and walking down the hallways to his class. He is second kids from the left with the khaki backpack. It is fuzzy since they were on the move. He seems to enjoy being there and being with the other kids. He still looks back to make sure I am there and gets a bit whiny when I say my goodbyes, but it is NOTHING like it was in the beginning. Thank goodness!

"Gabriel"

Gabriel and I were in bed and I got him to say his name for the first time!!! It was so exciting so all I could do was video tape it on the cell phone in the dark. There was a better audio of it where he says his name at least 5 times, but he deleted it before I could save and send it. Here I manage to get him to say it once, he was getting over it. All he wanted was his "Percy" that he couldn't find in the bed. I hope it comes out well enough for all to hear.

Gabriel playing with Christiana

Gabriel is older by 10 months and it has taken quite awhile for him to happily play with Christiana and not try to get away from her or ignore her. When she was younger she wanted to play and be with "D", but being a typical male, Gabriel didn't understand and didn't want to have to much to do with her. He calls her "D" too and they still have their moments, but for the most part they now play very well together. OK, except for when it comes to the Disney Princess' push toy.

The Crazy PBS music

I finally got it on video! He cracks me up since he does it every time the music comes on. I will have to try to get it with the regular camera so I can get a better quality shot and audio. Still, it gives you an idea what he does. You will now when the music starts and ends just by the way it just kicks in. It just makes him go crazy!

Gabriel hanging out.

Just some photos of Gabriel while we were at my parents' house during the yucky November Nor'easter.
